The Treatment: What to Expect with Sculptra

The first step is having a topical anesthetic applied to the facial area to make the treatment more comfortable. After your skin is numbed, a tiny needle is inserted just beneath the skin surface to inject the product. This procedure is usually easy to tolerate and ordinarily pain-free, involving just a mild “pinch.” The product will be injected into the areas that have shown sagging, wrinkling, creasing, and volume loss.
